Soft Shell Crab Sautéed (We
have this on our weekly specials menu often). |
Ingredients:
- 2 Soft Shelled Crabs per
person
- extra virgin olive oil
- garlic (chopped)
- green onions (chopped)
- roma tomatoes (chopped)
- capers
- white wine
- butter
Directions:
First heat up a skillet coat it with some extra virgin olive
oil, place the soft-shell crabs
in skillet. When brown turn them over, toss in chopped up
garlic, green onions, white
wine, and butter. Add capers, and roma tomatoes right at the
end. Total cooking time
should be under 15 minutes. Enjoy!
Hint: The crabs are done
when they are firm.
