Ways to cook Salmon:
1. Oven
Broiler
Turn broiler to high. Place Salmon in broiler. For Medium-Rare
Salmon, broil for 8 minutes. For Medium-Well Salmon, broil
for 12 minutes.
2. BBQ
When charchoals are ready, place Salmon fillet on the grill.
Place cover on bbq. For Medium-Rare Salmon, bbq for 8 minutes.
For Medium-Well Salmon, broil for 12 minutes. Salmon can be
placed on aluminom foil instead of directly on the grill.
3. Sauteed (Frying
Pan)
Lightly coat pan with cooking spray, vegetable oil, or olive
oil. Place on Medium-High heat. When hot place salmon in pan.
For Medium-Rare cook for 3 minutes on each side. For Medium-Well
cook for 4 1/2 minutes on each side.
4. Poached
Pour 1 1/2 inches of water into a cooking skillet. Add 1 TBSP
of oil, a pinch of dill, and one bay leaf. Bring to a boil.
Place Salmon in boiling water. Turn down heat to medium. Cook
for 4 1/2 minutes on each side.
5. Baked
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees. Place Salmon in a small pan
of half water half white wine. Bake for 18 minutes.
