Ingredients:
- 8 TBSP butter (room temperature)
- 2 TBSP minced shallots
- 6 TBSP white wine
- 3 TBSP fresh grated ginger
- 2 TBSP lime juice
- 1 TBSP lime zest
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Directions:
Add everything together. And serve with any fish.
