Ingredients: - 1 can (46oz) pineapple
juice
- 2 cans (20oz each) pineapple chunks & juice
- 1/4 lb. (grated) ginger
- 1/2 tsp. ground cloves
- 1 cup cornstarch
Directions:
Puree pineapple chunks. Put pineapple chunks, juice, ginger,
and cloves in a 5 to 6 qt. pot.
Bring to a boil. Add cornstarch slowly until it thickens.
Take off heat let cool.
