Bay Scallop Casserole (This is
to be one of the most fool-proof easiest seafood recipes.)
Ingredients: - 1 lb. Bay Scallops
- 1/2 tube of Ritz® crackers
- 1/2 lb. Butter
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375º. Melt the butter in the microwave.
Crush to ritz crackers with
a rolling pin or by hand. Mix Bay Scallops, Ritz crackers
and butter together. Lightly
grease a casserole dish. Pour mixture in. Bake in oven for
15 mintues.
