Major General Felix John and Doris McGahan Gerace of Pebble Beach celebrated their 60th
wedding anniversary Sept. 27.The couple married on Sept. 27, 1941 at the West Point
Chapel in West Point, N.Y.
Mr. Gerace was born in Manhattan, N.Y.The Geraces moved to Pebble Beach in 1978

The couple have five children, Susanne Flatley of Orange County, John Gerace of Los Angeles,
William and Elisabeth Gerace, both of Anchorage, Melissa Frye of McLean, VA.; eight
grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
