Helpful Hints
If your ever asking for prices or for sizing of shrimp or prawns.
You may hear for example "U-8, U-36-40, or U-10-12". This
means that there are under 8 prawns to a pound. Or there are
36 to 40 prawns per pound. Or 10 to 12 prawns to a pound.

If you ever hear the term P & D this means that the shrimp or
prawns have been peeled and deveined, for example the cooked
shrimp pictured above have been P & D'ed.
